This site belongs to Castro Cognition LLC ("I", "me"). I keep data collection minimal because I want clients, not a database. Here's exactly what happens with your information.
What I collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number where the form asks for it, business details, and whatever you write in the message fields. That's it. There are no accounts, no logins, and no purchases processed on this site.
What I don't do
- No advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or fingerprinting scripts.
- No cookies set by this site.
- No selling, renting, or trading your information. Ever, to anyone.
- No adding you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
How your information is used
Form submissions go to me and are used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and deliver services if we end up working together. If you apply for coaching or request a proposal, I may use your phone number to text or call you about that request. Nothing else.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on my behalf. Netlify also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) like every host on the internet. When I reply to you, your information passes through my email and phone providers like any normal correspondence. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and I don't control their infrastructure.
How long I keep it
Submissions are kept while they're relevant: while we're talking, while we're working together, and for reasonable business records afterward. If your inquiry goes nowhere, it eventually gets deleted in routine cleanup.
Your choices
Want a copy of what I have, a correction, or full deletion? Email alex@castrocognition.com from the address you submitted with and I'll handle it within 30 days. No forms, no hoops.
Who this site is for
This site is for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor submitted a form, email me and I'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version gets posted here with a new effective date. No retroactive surprises.
